Chris Eaton
Chris was born and raised in Tucson Az. He is what some would call a true workaholic. Chris can do many things he is a hard worker and does a great job at what he does. Chris is a journeyman electrician, HVAC service tech, installer, maintenance, and repair technician and lucky for us does a great job specializing in onsite duct fabrication. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, riding Dirt Bikes, Quads, playing with his Great Danes and spending time with his kiddos. His little girl says he the best dad and can do anything he is her hero! Chris is a true believer in doing the job right the first time. We are blessed to have him on our team. Chris has a great way of showing leadership and was asked to be our General Manager the moment we opened CiTy Heating And Cooling.
Ray Garcia:
Ray Garcia has provided quality service in HVAC for many years. Specializing in the field as a Lead Installer for over Sixteen Years. Ray is very knowledgeable and willing to assist our clients with all their Heating and Cooling needs. Ray enjoys spending time with his Fiancé Jen, and the beautiful children. A few of his favorite things to do is spend time with his friends and family. Ray enjoys making memories with his sweet fur babies while watching His favorite tan the Dallas Cowboys!

Tonya Eaton
Tonya moved to Arizona in Aug 2006 from Flint Michigan. She quickly learned the Importance of Cool Weather when she felt the warm AZ sunshine. Tonya decided on a career in HVAC immediately following her move. She started in the industry as a Dispatcher and became familiar with duties in the office and out in the field as well as warranties on equipment and how units perform. In April 2018 Tonya accepted the position offered to her from another local Air Conditioning & Heating in Tucson. She says she learned so much when she was in that position it encouraged her to “do more”. I’m September 2021 she went and took her Trade test to see where she was at in the industry. She passed both the State and Trade test with and Abe age of a 98% between the two. Upon completion of the test Tonya then decided it’s time she “builds her own empire”. And that’s exactly what she has done. Tonya is the active owner of CiTy Heating Ans Cooling! When asked what her 5 year plan is with her own HVAC Company she she quickly replied “My ultimate goal is to focus on building an honest company and bringing men and women together in the trade. Tonya also said she would like to build her company on Honesty Trust and show the younger generation there are things out there to assist them with their dreams. Working hard pays off and it is so rewarding! Tonya is currently enrolled in many different programs one which includes Women in The HVAC Industry! Tonya considers herself a “people person” who thrives to make anyone and everyone she is around happy. She says her most successful position in life is being a mother to her amazing children. When Tonya is not hard at work she enjoys quality time with her husband Chris. Loving on her children and enjoying her Loved ones. Whether they are riding quads, taking unplanned mini-vacations, watching movies or hosting BBQ’s with friends, her favorite time is watching her kids play. Her family fur babies consist of over 300lbs between the two, Great Danes she calls her BIG Guys “Ryder & Baxter”.
